Acceptance by any insurance carrier

Premium amounts or cost stability

Provider network accuracy

You are responsible for verifying all plan details with the insurance carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

US Medicare Group LLC liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

Decisions made by insurance carriers

Changes to Medicare benefits or regulations

Provider network changes

Indirect or consequential damages

Third-party actions or services
